Uncapped commission
Whether you’re looking to become a delivery partner or a 360 consultant, we offer uncapped commission for all. We also offer a ‘pick your own prize’ if you have a 50K quarter, alongside a Christmas incentive if you’re above target for the year. On top of this we also offer an over annual target and additional monetary bonus if you are 10%, 20% and 30% over your yearly target!
Incentives
We’re not one to shy away from a good time. We have plenty of incentives for when we go above and beyond. We have Summer, Christmas and Financial New Year get togethers – as well as quarterly incentives. We’ve been able to enjoy an all-inclusive boat trip (With jet ski’s and paddle boards) go-karting, escape rooms, darts, cocktail making classes, and more.
£1,000 training budget
At InfoSec it’s important that each team member is able to continue learning and growing as an individual. This is why we offer an annual training budget of £1,000 to put towards your growth, this can include industry courses or certifications! For example CISMP (Certificate in Information Security Management Principles), ISO 27001 (Foundation), APSCO courses, TRN courses, ILM (The Institute of Leadership & Management), and more.
