The Cyber Security EXPO is the only dedicated recruitment event designed for clients and recruitment agencies who operate within the cyber security industry.
The expo at Aerospace Bristol provided an excellent opportunity for our team to engage with the dynamic Cyber Security community face-to-face.
We had the pleasure of spending the day with thought leaders, established global organisations, and promising emerging talent. The expo definitely highlighted the excitement of being part of the Cyber Security industry.
We attended speaker sessions by organisations such as QinetiQ, who shed light on the evolving Cyber Security landscape within the MOD and Defence sector. We also listened in to Jacobs, who focused on how they support people transitioning from the army into civilian roles with their very own military talent specialist that coach them through the process.
The Southwest market was identified as a potential global leader in the SC/DV Cyber Security space, presenting an opportunity for growth and development within the industry.
Our stand was buzzing with activity, and we had the privilege of advising individuals on breaking into the Cyber Security field and finding their next role. Companies also sought our expertise in navigating the current market and filling challenging roles.
The events key takeaway was the vast array of emerging talent within the Cyber community. Our team loved speaking with individuals from various backgrounds and experiences who were looking to enter the industry, this diversity of thought and talent will undoubtedly benefit the future of our market.
Overall, the Cyber Security Expo was a great experience for our InfoSec team to engage with their market and exchange knowledge with fellow industry players.
Events like these reaffirm how exciting it is to be working in Cyber Security and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for our industry.
